Who we are

MB Home Improvementsis a home-services network for Florida homeowners, and a TradeStream-affiliated company. We match homeowners with independent, locally owned service providers ("pros") in our network. The pros perform the work.

What we collect

When you submit our estimate request form, we collect the information you provide: your name, phone number, email address (if given), city, the service you're interested in, any message you include, and your consent to be called about the request.

We also keep simple, anonymous site statistics of our own: which pages are visited, which site or ad sent the visit, and when someone sends the form — so we know which pages are useful. To avoid counting the same visit twice, your browser stores a random ID that is not linked to your name or contact details. This is first-party only: we don't use tracking cookies, ad pixels, or third-party analytics, and we don't share these statistics with anyone.

How we use and share it

We use the information you submit to respond to your request: to call you about it and to match you with a local pro. To do that, we share your request and contact details with the independent local pro we match you with, who may call you from their own phone about the job. The pro is a separate business with its own privacy practices.

We do not sell your information, we do not text you, and we do not add you to marketing lists.

How long we keep it

We keep requests only as long as needed to respond to them and follow up on it, or as required by law.
