What your MB pro can help with

Sun, salt air and summer rain are hard on paint. Most paint failures start before the first coat: dirty or chalky surfaces, open stucco cracks, moisture behind the wall. Our network of vetted local painters covers interiors and exteriors across Florida.

  • Exterior painting: walls, trim, doors, fascia and soffits.
  • Stucco crack repair and patching before painting.
  • Pressure washing and surface prep so new paint bonds.
  • Interior walls, ceilings, trim and doors.
  • Cabinet painting and refinishing.
  • Color matching and HOA-approved color schemes.

Older homes and lead paint

Homes built before 1978 may have lead-based paint, and federal rules (the EPA's Renovation, Repair and Painting rule) apply when it's disturbed. If your home is that old, mention it so the pro can plan for it.

Painting questions, answered

How long does exterior paint last in Florida?
It depends mostly on the prep and the product. Surfaces that are cleaned, repaired and primed hold paint far longer than a quick coat over chalky or cracked stucco.
My HOA has to approve the color. Is that a problem?
No. Share your HOA's approved palette with the pro, and get the approval before painting starts.
Should stucco cracks be fixed first?
Yes. Hairline cracks are filled and sealed; larger cracks are opened and repaired before painting so they don't show back through.
